Returns
Sealed product (Pokémon / One Piece / other sealed TCG)
All sealed products are final sale once delivered. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We only offer a replacement or refund if your sealed item arrives:
- Damaged in transit
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
- With missing shrink, broken seals, or signs of tampering on arrival
Not eligible (sealed):
- Opened items or ripped packs
- Buyer’s remorse (including “didn’t pull what I wanted”)
- Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery
Accessories (acrylic cases, etc.)
Accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return requests must be submitted within that 30-day window.
Not eligible (accessories):
- Used items
- Returns missing original packaging when packaging is required to protect the item in transit
- Damage caused after delivery
How to request help / start a return
Email support@stonebrookcollectibles.com within the allowed timeframe and include:
- Order number (proof of purchase)
- Short description of the issue
- Photos of the shipping box, packing material, product, and shipping label
If approved, we’ll send next steps. Do not send returns without approval. If a return is required, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address. We may require the item be returned and inspected before issuing a refund or replacement.
Return shipping
- If we made an error or the item arrived damaged in transit, we’ll cover return shipping when applicable.
- For approved accessory returns not caused by our error, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Returned accessories must be packed securely. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
- Original shipping charges (if any) aren’t refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return (if required). Banks/card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. For accessories, return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Sale items / discount codes
Discount codes apply to eligible items at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, discounted items follow the same return policy as non-discounted items. Sealed products remain final sale once delivered (except for issues on arrival as described above). Gift cards (if offered) are non-refundable.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive the package, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier. Replacements/refunds are not guaranteed for theft after delivery.
