  • Offers are based on demand, liquidity, condition, and quantity. Most offers fall in the 70–80% of market range, depending on the product and total lot size.
  • Your offer email includes the offer total, offer expiration, and a ship-by date.
  • Inspection starts after delivery and is typically completed within 24–48 hours.
  • Payment is sent within 1 business day after inspection is completed and your items are accepted.
  • Offer validity: 24 hours
  • Ship by: 2 business days
  • Store credit bonus: +5%
  • Scope: Factory-sealed only

Shipping + Packaging Rules

  • Tracking is required on all inbound shipments.
  • Do not tape, label, or write directly on product packaging.
  • Use proper void fill and edge protection to prevent transit damage.
  • Double-box higher-value shipments or sealed cases.
  • Risk of loss remains with the seller until tracking shows the package as delivered to Stonebrook Collectibles.
